Return & Refund Policy

We encourage customers to inspect and try on all items as soon as they are delivered as standard size item and most accessories are only returnable within 15 days of delivery. Jewelry and headpieces are only returnable within 7 days of delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

*Custom Size Clothing：Custom dance clothing are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips and height). That means no one else will be able to wear that dance dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dance dresses. • Goods must be in original condition, with all tags still intact. Items soiled with makeup, dirt, food, tanning products etc will not be accepted.

• Please retain proof of purchase (receipt) until refund is processed.

• Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability - if your requested garment is not available then a credit note will be issued and you will be notified via email.


What defines faulty?

• Manufacturing faults.
• Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.
